Terrie Gaughran’s Cheesy Hash Browns

30 oz frozen hash brown potatoes

1/4 lb melted butter

1 pint sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup chopped onions

2 cups cheddar cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients except hash browns.  Add frozen hash browns.  Put in 9 X 13 baking dish.

Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.

Note: Can substitute O’Brien hash browns for a different flavor.
