large can solid pumpkin 3
eggs 1/2 cup sugar 3/4
can evaporated milk 1/2
tsp cinnamon 1/2
tsp nutmeg 1/2
tsp salt 1
box yellow cake mix 1/2 cup chopped nuts Mix together pumpkin, eggs, sugar, can evaporated milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Pour into 9X13 baking dish, sprinkle on 1 box yellow cake mix, and pour on melted butter. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes. |
