Jeanne Foster's Breakfast Casserole

2 (12oz)    Shredded Hash Browns (not frozen)

1/3 cup     Melted Butter

1 ¼ cup    Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 ¼ cup    Shredded Swiss Cheese

1 ¼ cup    Ham and/or Bacon

1 ½ cup    Milk

6              Eggs

 

In a 9"x13" pan, butter dish. Press hash browns in dish; brush melted butter over hash browns. Bake 25 minutes at 425 degrees.

 

Layer cheddar cheese, then ham and/or bacon, then Swiss cheese.

 

Beat eggs, milk, add salt and pepper (optional); pour egg mixture over the other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
