One ounce of a very good "Single Malt Scotch Whisky" (Example, LAGAVULIN, LAPHROAIG OR AUCHENTOSHAN) | |
| 2. | Fill glass full of ice (good, clear ice). Pour scotch over ice filled tumbler. | |
| 3. | "Swirl" scotch and ice for a few seconds to blend flavors. | |
| 4. | Sip slowly, savoring this blend. (Often called the "Nectar of the Gods") | |
