Joe Coorough's Mojito

1. Glass type Collins  (Tall Glass/Large)
2. Ingredients
  • 4 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Superfine Sugar
  • 3 Oz Light Rum
  • 3 Oz Club Soda (depending on glass size)
  • 1 Wedge of  Lime
3. Directions
  • In shaker muddle mint and sugar.
  • Add Rum and shake. 
  • Pour over ice into Collins (large) glass.
  • Fill with Club Soda and garnish with lime.
