Joe Coorough's Bush Whacker

1. Glass type Highball
2. Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz Kahlua
  • 1 1/2 oz Crème de Cacao (light or dark)
  • 1 1/2 oz Bacardi Rum  (light or dark)
  • 3 scoops Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
  • 3 cups ice
3. Directions
  • Add 3 large scoops of ice cream to blender or almost half full 
  • Add Kahlua, Crème de Cacao and rum 
  • Blend on low until creamy
  • Blend on High adding ice until frozen......See you in the Bush
4. Note Use light or dark liqueurs to enhance visually.

Dark brings out a dirty appearance while light enhances the vanilla bean flakes.
