Judy's Cabbage Salsa

1 head of cabbage (shredded)

2 red onions (diced)

1 bunch of cilantro (chopped)

2 green peppers or 1 green and 1 red (diced)

1 can jalapeno (chopped)

5 Roma tomatoes (chopped)

2 cans diced chilies

2 tablespoons garlic (crushed in jar)

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp salt

1 cup vegetable oil

1 cup apple cider vinegar

½ cup sugar

2 tsp lime juice
